Educational videos from the Family Enterprise Foundation, a non-profit, registered charity, whose purpose is to endow educational programs and essential long-term research relating to family business. It is a sister organization of the Canadian Association of Family Enterprise.

Fair vs. Equal" (VHS format - 18 min) Developed as the first CAFE video, this has become a perennial favorite. With the sudden death of a family business owner, his wife is left with the difficult decision of how to maintain/divide the business among their four children. The problem arises from the fact that he left no estate plan and his dying words were to "treat the children fairly". The video shows this is not an easy task.
